We have completed the installation of one of the most modern pressing units, which is equipped with an oil crushing chain with a two-phase ecological system. Our olive oil is cold pressed and then stored under nitrogen in stainless steel tanks (temperature between 53 degrees F and 61 degrees F) that are regularly checked by our quality control staff.
